LOGOS PRODUCTION, LLC, has created an emotional intelligence program – “EQ: Emotional Intelligence” (hereinafter – the Program) – as a commercial program for public access. This Program and access to it is provided by LOGOS PRODUCTION, LLC, a legal entity under the laws of Ukraine, for use “as is”, that is, without any express or implied warranties or promises.

 

This online document is used to inform visitors about our policy on the collection, use and disclosure of personal information (personal data) of those personal data subjects who choose to use the Program.

 

If you choose to use our Program, you consent to the collection and use of information associated with this policy. The personal data we collect is used to provide you with the experience and to improve both the Program itself and its operating features. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

Terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meaning as in our General Terms and Conditions available in the Program, unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

We do not collect or use any payment data of users of the Program – even if a payment is made in or in connection with the Program, such payment is made through the relevant third-party services from the list below.

No personal data or other user information of the Program becomes public due to the use of the Program.

The Program anonymously tracks the actions of the users of the Program without involving the name or other identifying information about such a user – just numerous indicators.

The processing of personal data in the Program is carried out mainly in an automatic and anonymous mode.

In addition, the Program uses third party services that may collect information used to identify you or statistically track the above user activities in the Program.

Log Data

We want to inform you that every time you use the Program, in the event of an error or malfunction, we collect data and information about such errors and malfunctions (through third party products) on your device called Log Data. This log data may include information such as your device’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, device name, operating system version, the Program’s configuration at the time you used the Program, the time and date you used the Program, and other statistical data.

 

Cookie

Cookies are files with a small amount of data, usually used as anonymous unique identifiers. They are sent to the browser from the websites you visit and are stored in the device’s internal memory.

Our Program does not explicitly use these cookies. However, the Program may use third-party codes and libraries that use cookies to collect information and improve the Program and its services, including providing access to the Program. Please note that in such a case, you will not be able to use the Program without re-providing us with your personal data.

We value your trust in providing us with your personal information, so we are committed to using commercially acceptable means to protect it. But remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage of data is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Our servers, which store, among other things, your personal data that you have provided to us, are located in the United States of America. This means that if you are not located in the United States of America, your personal data that you provided to us will be transferred outside your state to places where other rules and requirements may apply to personal data, their storage and processing.

The Program does not concern and is not intended for use by persons under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete their Program account from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take action.
